Acceptable Use Policy

1. Permitted Use

1.1 Authorized Purposes. You may use ODE Financial Services solely for lawful compliance automation, regulatory monitoring, risk assessment, fraud detection, KYC/AML screening, audit management, and related business operations as permitted by your subscription agreement.

1.2 Authorized Users. Access to the Services must be limited to authorized employees and contractors within your organization who have a legitimate business need and have been properly onboarded with appropriate credentials.

2. Prohibited Activities

You shall not use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or industry standard, including but not limited to securities laws, anti-money laundering regulations, and data protection laws;
• Facilitate fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or any other financial crime;
• Submit false, misleading, or fabricated data to the AI compliance agents;
• Attempt to manipulate, deceive, or circumvent AI agent outputs or compliance recommendations;
• Access, tamper with, or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks connected to the Services;
• Harvest, scrape, or collect data from the Services for unauthorized purposes;
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Use the Services to develop a competing product or service.

3. Security Requirements

3.1 Credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of all login credentials, API keys, and access tokens. You must immediately notify Llewellyn Systems of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

3.2 Technical Safeguards. You must implement and maintain reasonable technical safeguards, including but not limited to multi-factor authentication, access logging, role-based access control, and encryption of data in transit and at rest when interfacing with the Services.

4. Data and Content Standards

4.1 Lawful Data. All data submitted to the Services must be lawfully obtained and you must have the necessary rights and consents to process such data through the platform.

4.2 Prohibited Content. You may not upload, transmit, or store content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, harassing, fraudulent, or that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

5.1 Right to Monitor. Llewellyn Systems reserves the right to monitor your use of the Services for compliance with this AUP. We may investigate any suspected violation and take appropriate action.

5.2 Enforcement Actions. In the event of a violation, Llewellyn Systems may, at its sole discretion: issue a warning; suspend or restrict access; terminate your account; remove offending content; or report the activity to relevant authorities.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it immediately to abuse@llewellynsystems.com. Include as much detail as possible to assist in our investigation.
