Llewellyn Systems Inc (“Llewellyn Systems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a C Corporation incorporated in the State of Delaware and a subsidiary of Sound of Life Media, Inc., is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to ODE Social Capital (the “Services”).

Llewellyn Systems is committed to providing a platform that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We aim to comply with all applicable accessibility standards and regulations to ensure our Services are inclusive and usable by everyone.

  • EAA (European Accessibility Act) — We are committed to meeting the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), which establishes accessibility requirements for products and services in the European Union, including digital services.

3. Accessibility Features

ODE Social Capital incorporates the following accessibility features:

  • Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy and landmark regions;
  • Keyboard navigation support for all interactive elements and compliance workflows;
  • ARIA labels, roles, and attributes for dynamic content and AI agent interfaces;
  • Sufficient color contrast ratios meeting WCAG 2.1 AA requirements (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text);
  • Text alternatives for non-text content including charts, graphs, and compliance visualizations;
  • Resizable text up to 200% without loss of content or functionality;
  • Focus indicators visible on all interactive elements;
  • Skip navigation links for efficient keyboard navigation;
  • Form labels and error messages that are programmatically associated and clearly described;
  • Compatibility with common screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack).

4. AI Agent Accessibility

Our AI compliance agents (ODE AI Agent, ODE AI Agent, ODE AI Agent, ODE AI Agent, ODE AI Agent, ODE AI Agent) are designed with accessibility in mind:

  • Agent outputs are presented in structured, screen-reader-compatible formats;
  • Compliance dashboards provide text-based alternatives for all visual data representations;
  • Real-time alerts and notifications use both visual and non-visual indicators;
  • Audit reports are generated in accessible document formats.

5. Testing and Evaluation

We regularly assess the accessibility of our Services through:

  • Automated accessibility testing using industry-standard tools (axe, Lighthouse, WAVE);
  • Manual testing with assistive technologies including screen readers and keyboard-only navigation;
  • Periodic third-party accessibility audits;
  • User feedback collection and analysis from users with disabilities;
  • Integration of accessibility requirements into our development lifecycle.

6. Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some areas of ODE Social Capital may not be fully accessible. We are actively working to identify and resolve accessibility barriers. Known areas under improvement include complex data visualizations in real-time compliance dashboards and certain third-party integrations. We are committed to remediating identified issues in accordance with our accessibility roadmap.
